NDIS Respite Care – All About You Disability

At All About You Disability, we understand how rewarding yet demanding it can be to care for someone living with a disability. Our NDIS Respite Care services are designed to give caregivers the essential break they need, while ensuring participants receive quality, compassionate, and tailored support. Whether you are a primary carer or an NDIS participant, our respite options provide comfort, peace of mind, and opportunities for growth.

What is NDIS Respite Care?

Respite Care, also known as Short-Term Accommodation (STA) under the NDIS, is funded through the Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Living category. This funding allows participants and families to access up to 28 days per year of flexible short-term support. These days can be used all at once, split across weekends, or spread out as needed.

With STA, participants receive:

  • Accommodation in a safe and supportive setting
  • Daily care tailored to individual needs
  • Nutritious meals
  • Access to social and recreational activities

Our Respite Care Options

At All About You Disability, we know every family has unique needs. That’s why we offer both in-home and out-of-home respite care.

In-Home Respite Care

Our support workers can provide care in the comfort of your own home. This option is ideal for participants who prefer familiar surroundings, established routines, and personalised one-on-one care.

Out-of-Home Respite Care

For those who enjoy social activities and a change of environment, we provide respite care in our specialised facilities. Participants can take part in group programs, meet new friends, and enjoy engaging activities in a safe and welcoming space.
